With the concept "little but real Rock & Roll" Marlene Marder, Klaudia Schifferle, Lislot Ha and Regula Sing formed the band Kleenex (later LiLiPUT) in May 1978. The band existed for five years. And as one one the first female punk band they are praised by international critics until today.

An interview with Marlene Marder

“We didn't have songs like 'Fuck the System' like other bands had. We sang like 'la, la, la' and 'di, di, di.' At the end, it was also a political message to our situation in this town.”
